Sam Prado Shoe & Boot Return Policy

At Sam Prado, we strive to provide our customers with the utmost satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your designer shoe purchase, we offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, shoes must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging, including the original shoe box, dust bags, and any accompanying materials.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Customized or personalized shoes are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage. Laces also need to be included and the laces and the amethyst stone undamaged.

Initiating a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@samprado.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the original packing slip or a new piece of paper if you do not have it.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery and email the tracking number to hello@samprado.com with your (RA) number.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@samprado.com to discuss the nature of the exchange. All exchange items must meet the same requirements as a return item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@samprado.com immediately upon receipt for assistance.

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your return efficiently.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Policy Updates:

Sam Prado reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
